Restoration of Anceter

The restoration came only a few years after The Mages took over the church, with most followers being unhappy with the dogma being spread.

The Mages had begun using the church to spread patriotism and intense loyalty to the empire when The Comet helped convinced the world they should be listened to, they pushed out the teachers and put their own mages as the leaders. They didn't allow normal practices and instead tried to enforce prayer and faith songs.   Attendance fell massively until the mages stopped attending too, it was only when The Ailda-Weir started to host gatherings to teach and socialise that the church was restored. The practice spread and fairly soon hundreds of groups were hosting Anceter church meetings. The Mages considered trying to take over the church again but the decision was made to not try and control the faith.
