The Vagabond
(a.k.a. Idris Epoch, Levistus)
Idris Epoch, the Vagabond is a wood elf green dragon from Arboria who founded the Tenebric Vanguard during the Golden War. He is a gunslinger with a quip on his lip and a chip on his shoulder who can be paid to do just about any job you can think of.
Unfortunately, any job you can think of means assassinating an emperor, so he is currently on the run for just about reigniting the wars.
He has a close relationship with the Speaker of the Baerwood, but it is uncertain if that relationship is felt in both directions. At the very least, she is a close confidant. A portrait of the Vagabond, the Speaker, and the Sovereign was found in the Vagabond's bedroom, so there must be something there.
He is currently living in the Realm of Myrr in his dragon form, where he has reverted to the name Levistus and is working on creating a new hoard for himself.
