Goblins
Goblins have taken their chaotic nature and fully embraced it. They are not necessarily evil, but self-centred and prone to mischief and practical jokes at the expense of others, which extend into wickedness. Innately untrustworthy, their very nature makes it impossible for them to understand the concept of a promise or contract.
They are easily led, and there are those amongst them, the Hobgoblins, who are evil in that they delight in the pain and suffering of others. Goblins led by or influenced by hobgoblins can become a serious problem for their neighbours.
