QUEST: Deal with the orcs harassing travellers on the Triboar Trail

Details: Orcs have been harassing traders and other travellers on the road between Phandalin and Triboar. They seem to be encamped at a landmark not far from the road known as Wyvern Tor - a rocky hill that has many caves they could be hiding in.
