Coram is a Triton shorestalker (Statblock: https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/triton-shorestalker) and one of the day-to-day leaders of the West Fort colony along with his wife Tempest. Though not as powerful as his wife he is steadier in personality. He is also the one who handles most of the communication with Oqush. These are the first people that anyone wanting to deal with the colony must convince.
