Bugbear

Big, hairy, and mean; bugbears are often found leading tribes of goblins who respect their comparative power. They invariably abuse this power though, bullying the goblins under them and anyone else who can't fight back. Though sentient, bugbears are not very intelligent, being easy to anger and quick to react with the most straightforward path towards violence.
