Boggo
There's a small pop and you feel a small weight clinging to your shirt. Looking down you see a pair of dark grey eyes peering up at yours. They are set in the disproportionately large squarish head of a small humanoid creature. His skin has the look and feel (and smell) of rubber and his long arms reach past a short body and legs to the ground. He speaks in a whisper, in very broken elvish.
"You hit gobbys? Boggo uhh... glad! yes! Rude gobbys steal Boggo home, kill Boggo friend. Boggo help, you chase gobbys, boggo have home again, reward you yes?"

Rubbery oily charcoal grey skin, he can secrete a slippery or sticky oil from his pores. He often uses this for mischievous purposes.

Large squarish head, no hair but long ears. Overshot lower jaw with large uneven teeth sticking upward. Small beady milky yellow eyes.
