Mask of Raphael, maker of the magic mirror in Ethbir  made by the The order of the mask 
Used at his funeral, a cursed mask to bring back the spirit and abilities of Raphael into the body of his apprentice 
Note this was destroyed in the Pilgrimage to Ethbir part 3 
Powerfull and cost lots, may have been able to mould and change shape, old - culd have allowed multiple incarnations.... how old and whos true spirit was in this mask really....
