"Eye Eye" 6/2/2023

General Summary

The party continue the fight to rescue Yumi who has been hypnotized by the Yuan Ti
Aunt May throws a Javelin at Yumi, successfully hitting him, but knocking him out of his hypnotized state.
Aunt May jumps in, while Ciro and Herasger cause a diversion to the front.
Yumi trys to escape, but is almost killed by the Yant Ti and the poisonous snakes. Immediately healed by Twitch, and passed a healing potion by Aunt May, Yumi recovers and runs out almost being struck down again - but staggering forward on 1hp, Ciro dragged him out
Twitch puts 2 arrows through each eye ball of 1 Yuan Ti, with 2 natural 20s one after the other with his sneak damage killing it without any support
The party then lock the door behind them, while shouting for the town watch to the passers by. The town watch come, but the party do not stay to investigate or argue there case - and run off, back to the tavern, piss off @naan who decides the party have been too much trouble and keep getting him into trouble. They leave the inn, send a letter to Merlin the Wizard about the events, and head north past the statue and find a tent to sleep in while the owners are working.
The party are now outlaws in Aquilonia with a price on their head.
The party are introduced to Saphire, wizard and companion of Merlin , who helps the party
Uses the "Seems" spell to disguise the party for 8 hours and send them through a secret tunnel into the Kings Castle
Saphire swares the party to death and silence if they ever give up the location of the secret tunnel.
Currently in Brinwald the capital of Aquilonia, and meets Herasger , Twitch , Ciro Freya Alexandrin , and Yumi and helps them into the castle to find out about Susan, Queen Zenobias advisor
The party find out from Saphire, that actually the statue was commissioned by the Queen Zeobia , and that it was suggested by her advisor Susan, Queen Zenobias advisor .
Saphire asks them to investigate Susan.
She also mentions not to get to close as such a person, if she is a plant would be powerfull enough to hide from the court wizards and priests, and not be noticed by the kings advisors and Knights, and she may be linked to Thoth Amon who is down in Stygia, rallying an army.
The place will be a party, tournament, and opening of the statue in 3 days...
