Tharndural

Tharndural is the capital of the Blackaxes, one of the leading clans of The Droven Empire. Tharndural is wedged between the Torrior Peaks and the East Sea, and is found on the Famerpor River. Tharndural is where Tormar has his throne. Tharndural is a large city of about 13,000 people. Within its walls are found some of the best blacksmiths in the world, who work with the legendary Black Iron. Because of its renown, Tharndural is bustling trade hub with merchants coming from all over the world to purchase weapons, armor, or decorations out of the legendary material.

Demographics

Most of the residents of Tharndural are dwarves, followed by humans, then halflings, and then the rest of the races. The wealthiest class, contrary to the rest of the world, are the blacksmiths not the merchant nobles. This is due to the recipe for Black Iron being a dearly guarded secret that is controlled by the Blackaxe Clan.
