As the world advanced, the Vein grew monstrously powerful, influencing kingdoms through dreams, greed, and subterranean cults. Its control over the deep places of the world—mines, vaults, and buried hearts—became impossible to ignore. The Primes and ascendant gods banded together and, in a rare moment of unity, sealed the Vein within the crust of Ammondell, forging divine chains from magma and moonlight. Though its body was entombed, its whispers continue to echo in the hearts of deep-dwellers and cursed bloodlines.
