Gnome

Gnomes are derived from Halflings after discovering that Guja had played a trick on the Taladin that had fled from the hordes of Osgolip. Gnomes are often found in larger cities, as opposed to their halfling counterparts that are more commonly found in smaller hamlets and villages. This factor is one of the methods that delineate halflings from gnomes. Satir blessed a number of halflings with knowledge and growth. While the gnomish physiological stature can catch many off-guard, the delayed growth allows gnomes to live far longer than halflings. This is due to their sovereign continuing to accumulate over long periods. Thus, the deterioration of their bodies is delayed.
