Pagaal Na

Standing to the west of Pagaal Na, the smell of sea and fish and the forges of the Sunsblade Accord filter over the wind.

The port city of Pagaal Na was once known as a drow trading post, the place where all underdark goods made their way to the boats in the harbor. It has, however, been lost to the drow for nearly four hundred years. The Sunsblade Accord took possession of the town prior to the formal founding of the empire. They established themselves as the rulers and then proceeded to murder, enslave, convert, or drive out all the drow in the city.
The Sunsblade Accord are nothing more than pirates, cultists, and rebels. They swear no allegiance to the Empire. The remote location of Pagaal Na make it more costly to take and exhort rule than the empire cares to spend and the Sunsblade Accord have not, to this point, looked to expand their reach. There are many who believe that the empire does not want a drow held port in Amerielle and the Sunsblade occupation keeps the drow from expanding their naval might. If the Drow established a firm navy they would be able to control the Kallow Narrows, a peninsula that guards Oa Bay.
Not ones to let a slight go, the Drow have been making alliances across the empire in hopes to reclaiming what they see as rightfully theirs.
