Leforo Staria

Leforo Staria is the the father of Lovelle. He also is the archevist for Moongarten and for the greater high elves. He studies the history of elves and is responsible for finding lost elvish artifacts and reclaiming them.
There is no one in the empire who knows more about Elvish history than Leforo.
