Hlin Trollbane
Hlin is a retired shield dwarf bounty hunter who came to Icewind Dale some time ago escaping a dark past and now has taken it upon herself to bring justice and protect the Ten-Towns in whatever way she can.
She wears dented and scarred blood-red armor. She leans against a pole, which appears to be the shaft of a dwarven handle to a hammer, but the head is screwed off. She has hand axes with non-dwarvish runes on the blades. Her long white hair is pinned up in braids.
After two years of watching the Ten Towns struggle during the Endless Night she has decided to use her influence to bring a party together with the intent of being active in helping the Ten Towns survive.
Hlin has, however, revealed herself to be a follower of Ro the Builder and is actually a disgraced Mead Archon who is embattled with an evil in the Ten Towns.
She's actually a mead archon who has had a hard time.
