2021-08-04 - Dragon Friend Report

General Summary

The dragon became man before the heroes. His gems embedded in his skin as if wore a crown. With a word he was armoured by kobolds with an elegant leather suit and strapped with an ornate sword. He asked how they might "fix" the situation with the Lauscha and they said to give them time but help with the stones.
Then the party left with a retinue of kobolds and their new dragon friend. They took a circuitous route to the tower and returned to 25 year Martek. They then placed the stars in the hands of the stone heroes and power emenated through the tower and up to the top where a portal was opened.
They spoke of the Sphere of Power and Kaddok was intrigued.
Orinn Mun stayed back and asked Martek about the 5 and Martek said maybe they weren't the five. Maybe they were one.
"Or maybe we're 0," Orinn said as he walked out of the room.
At the portal the characters split up, with Cramus Wrenth and Thallan staying back with Kaddok.
The rest of the party entered a strange fey place under a foreign moon and surrounded by a maze built out of vines. Navigating through the passages they felt their paths being closed up behind them as they went. Orinn used his blade to ensure that they always could return - and they could - if they knew the way.
As they traveled they crossed paths with Batat a red-haired Satyr who informed them that this place was dread adjacent and that Martek's power hadn't held the way he expected. He offered to take them to Martek's tomb and treasure at the bottom of a lake. There was some tense negotiating as the paladins used their blades to negotiate, sticking the point of
