Alec TowTow
He is either the smartest man left in Britain, or the grouchiest. Perhaps a combination of the two makes the most sense.
Since the rise and fall of Atlantis, there have been few individuals who possess such levels of knowledge and value as Alec TowTow. The son of one of the thirteen councilmen on the Atlantean Forum, Alec TowTow was brought up from an early age to expect greatness. His lineage, one of long-lasting importance and whose people lived well into their thousands.
TowTow began ascribing at an early age, taking into his notes and scrolls the happenings of day to day life in Atlantis, providing the modern historiographer perhaps the greatest look into the life of the "mythic continent long sunken," if they could ever gain access to it. Within the walls of TowTow's library lie the greatest lost secrets of Humanity; recipes to potions long forgotten, designs for weapons long buried, and magic artifacts long thought lost to the sands of time.
All of it, he refuses to allow anyone to touch.
