The Hooded Kenku

This tavern located in Lindow is what appears to be a very quiet dive bar upon first impression. There is something suspiciously quiet about this place given the size of the population in the town.
Upon closer perusal of the interior surroundings (Perception DC 15), there is an unexpected layer of dust over the ground and the few tables in the establishment, as if they have been unused for quite a while. The bar is a bit more clean, as other people who don't know the true nature of this establishment also wander in once in a while.
Though characters can discover this discrepancy, it does not mean they will gain access to the secret, more lively bar down the stairs behind the counter. Access below is only granted by asking the Barkeeper for a drink that makes one feel "light as a feather and swift as the night".
This phrase can be intimidated (DC 15) or bought out (100 gp) from unsavories on the street that would have more familiarity with the Ravencloaks . This phrase can also be found on the note on the body of the dead Ravencloak in the Abandoned Home .
The bar down below is where the true tavern exists. Below, all manner of unsavories from the streets, but mostly Ravencloaks, gather to discuss business dealings and contracts. All Ravencloak business runs through the local Nightguard , who is in charge of this nest.
The Nightguard, as well as many of the Ravencloak mid-levels and beginner Ravencloaks have access to lodgings in a small, separate wing of the facility that is first bridged by a private meeting space to discuss the most private and important matters of business.
