Chae

Chae is a member of The Cymelian Seven , the seven worshipped deities of citizens within the Cymelian Empire . Chae is the Goddess of luck, greed, and lies. She lies in the Domain of Trickery.
Though she is not worshipped in the traditional sense, like in a temple or monastery, Chae is revered by many citizens of the Empire that make their way through the world with tricks, deception, and smooth-talking. For example, a merchant may pray to Chae ahead of important trade negotiation or a thief may call upon her name before attempting an act of thievery or tell a convincing lie. More zealous individuals can sometimes be found saving portions of whatever they make aside as a symbolic offering back to Chae for providing them assistance in these matters. Chae is held in particularly high regard in the [Ravencloaks , the Thieves' Guild that has organizational units spread throughout the Empire, but whose base of operations is centered in Lindow, in Lefrendel Province. Members at the highest levels of the Ravencloaks are known to be particularly adept at stealth and skilled at talking themselves out of even the hairiest of situations, and they would claim their skills come from divine blessings imparted upon them by Chae herself.
