The Paradise Council

Location: Teriell, Tersby

A conglomerate of mercenary companies took up the previous viceroy's call for adventurers to explore the deadly territories in the north. A band of eight, chosen from among the eight largest companies in the territory, oversee Tersby. Since the changing of the viceroy, their dealings have not changed much. Within the city of Teriell, the Paradise Council has the final say on all matters with the sole exclusion of deciding who gets what contract.
