Derived from the sylvan words cuil ("life") and mera ("passion"), it is the sylvan city of the Summer Court. At the heart of the city is Titania, Queen of Summer. The city was built, or grown, in the middle of the Verdant Expanse, the forest that overtakes the majority of the Summer Court's territory.
