Woaken

Age, Woaken do not age. They appear fully formed and spend their first few weeks and months developing their personality.
Size, A Woaken’s size varies drastically from 4ft - 8ft tall. Your size is small or medium.
Living Land, whilst resting you are indistinguishable from your normal unawakened form. However, this does not mean that people won't be suspicious if they find a boulder or tree in a location where it makes no sense for a boulder or tree to be.
Force of Nature, Your unarmed attack deals 1d8 bludgeoning damage.
Wake up call, As an action you can channel your connection to the primordial spirits to grant life to the world around you as if you had cast the animate objects spell with the following changes. You can only target 4 objects and they must be a natural material. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus regaining all spent uses after a long rest.

Speed, Your movement speed is 25ft.
Powerful Build, you count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag or lift.
Stone Form, your body is comprised of living stone as such you gain the following:

• You are Elemental instead of Humanoid
• You gain a +1 bonus to your Ac
• You are immune to disease.
• You are resistant to poison damage and can't be poisoned
• You have resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage that you take from nonmagical attacks.
• Whenever you take force or acid damage you take additional (Prof bonus)d4s of that damage type

Spriggan

Speed, Your movement speed is 30ft.
Nature’s Reach, Your reach increases by 5ft
Bark Form, your body is comprised of living bark as such you gain the following:

• You are Elemental instead of Humanoid
• You gain a +1 bonus to your Ac
• You are immune to disease.
• You are resistant to poison damage and can't be poisoned
• You have resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage that you take from nonmagical attacks.
• Whenever you take force or fire damage you take additional (Prof bonus)d4s of that damage type

The Woaken are natural constructs, mainly trees or boulders, given mind and form by the primordial spirits. Woaken can occur naturally, where their presence is needed, or be created through ritual but however they may appear they do so with a singular purpose. This could be to guard a place of importance, to right an imbalance or to deal with some threat in the area.
The finer details of a Woakens personality are as varied as their appearance. Each Woaken goes through a formative period in its early days where it seeks out people to observe, this serves to shape its personality and approach to handling its task. A Woaken that encounters a military band might develop an authoritarian attitude and handle its task with a strike first ask questions later approach. Whereas, a Woaken that encounters a roving circus might become jovial and indulgent and seek to address its task by spreading awareness to any that would listen. However, a Woaken that encounters hostility might begin to view all others as obstacles in the way of their tasks completion.
