High Alkanian

The high class language of the Alkanian Empire. It is a attempt to blend Common and Elvish into a more flowing, gentle tone compared to common. However it still harbors some of the harsher edges, with consonant sounds appearing to interrupt the flowing nature of the language.

Writing System

The Alphabet is a bastardization of Elvish, blending common letters into the elvish letters.

Geographical Distribution

The primary usage is in the Alkanian Empire by the upper class. At this point is is approaching near misuse, however is often used to convey secrets and messages in public spaces.

Phonology

The language has some of the crass sounds of common blended into the more flowing vowel sounds of Elvish.

Morphology

The majority of the language is in a simple structure. It starts with the word in common, then mid way through is morphed into Elvish. For example Blessing turns into Ble'da. Blessing, and then the elvish word for blessing, Elnuda. However a few words were ripped straight from Elvish, such as the moon being Luna and the sun being Sola.
