Ly's Aegis of Provectan Auspices (L.A.P.A.) is an intelligence and secruity agency dedicated to the protection of Provecta from domestic threats. The internal workings of the L.A.P.A are held to an extreme level of confidentiality, and as such their inner workings, operations, and efficacy are almost entirely unknown. The only knowledge of their inner-workings have come from leaks, slip-ups, or formal decretions from the Syntairat when the threat was too large to contain.
