Melkishedek

Melkishedek was one of the Pale Lords of Cinvar. 
Melkishedek was defeated in his stronghold Kharall-Vydasz, by his own daughter Acheris, prince Mionor of the Starborn, Saint @Solomon and the archfey Caerun].
A decade he returned from the Outer Dark as the Whistling Man. With the shards of his broken sword Aetershred he turne Caerun into a monster and slew Acheris, creating the Lady in White. With her final breath Aceris banished him back to the Outer Dark,.  
Some time during the 13th century, the Whistling Man managed to return once more.
