Blackwallers

Blackwall is the port city on the Coast of Valaria, Founded and built by the Valarian Kingdom, it was named for the 50-ft wall of Black Granite that circles the city, then extends into the bay, leaving an opening wide enough for ocean going vessels of the REndali to pass with plenty of room.
Blackwall is nearly human exclusive. There are only a handful of Halflings in the city, no elves, and no dwarves.
Blackwallers mostly dress in loose shirsts and tights, or Victorian style dresses for the women, with hoop skirts being a symbol of status and wealth.
Blackwall Guard dress in all black, and the city has a large garrison of Zana troops, who share their duties.
Blackwall had a dark underbelly before the Zana invasion, and now it has become a den of thieves.
City is overseen by the Captain-General of the Blackwall Guard, and has been given the by the Emperor since the Zana invasion captured it as a foothold.
Blackwallers are of Valarian descent but shorter in stature than true Valarians and darker in hair and eye colors, due to mingling with Rendali populaces
