Vitalitism

Vitalitism is a philosophy centered around life energies and living life to the maximum potential of the individual. Vitalists study and embody the life energy in all organic things. They are interested in biology, physiology, anatomy and medicine. But they are interested in the mind body connection, the non-duality of mind and body. for the Vitalists mind is the body and the body is the mind.   Vitalists also believe in each individual purpose in life is to know themselves and their minds and become the best version of themself possible. Vitalists believe in exercise, both the body and the mind and constant challenges. Many Vitalists are community doctors, healers, and therapists. They treat king and commoner like they all have a quest to improve and they will help them achieve their maximum potential.   Vitalists have hospitals that treat the injured and diseased for free, they however must commit to a certain number of days and weeks to following strict diet and exercise, mental exercises and meditations. Low level clerics are assigned individuals to instruct, train and rehabilitate. They also have laboratories to study diseased, try different medicines, gymnasiums, and may have relics related to healing.   Numeria and relics relateding to healing, or scanning living organisms are of great interest to these philosophers and adventurers will be commissioned to obtain them. They are also interested in alchemy to an extent to craft performance enhancing potions and elixirs.
