Creating a new recipe

The player will make two rolls when creating a new recipe, one (the Crafting Roll) to make a recipe that works with the materials used, and the second (the Usability Roll) to get the abilities you wanted from the recipe.

Create a working recipe

  • The character must define the components to be used in the recipe, they will include:
    1. The types and quantity of monster components to be included in the attempt
    2. The amount of GP worth of generic components to be included in the recipe
  • The character must define the intended result of the recipe including:
    1. Any attributes the recipe should grant (eg invisibility, better AC) in order
    2. Any reactions the recipe should create (eg explosive, entangling/sticky) in order
    3. Any conditions the recipe should grant (eg poisoned, regenerating) in order
    4. The level of change intended (eg Huge explosion, medium level healing) for each of the above
