Alterna I: The Lands of Paradise
Alterna I: The Lands of Paradise, has been manifested into existence.
A World which came to be through the dire need of refuge, after the gruesome betrayal of a millennia long ally and friend.
Hunted down mercilessly by the mortal race of Humankind, the Elves of Narcana saw themselves forced to perform a cataclysmic ritual. In which they ripped the very land of their former home apart, to create a planet-sized flying island, hidden deep within the Vast Unknown.
An island, which at first was nothing more than a monumental open plain, taken from Narcana's Evergreen Veldt. But was then formed by the Great Spirits into a diverse ecosystem, divided into 6 prospering biomes, filled with all kinds of new life.
As well as rich opportunities for adventures for the brave souls of the Lands to take on.
Though despite this at first peaceful looking new beginning, the corrupted shadows of Narcana were still lingering inside the minds of those who held great power.
Which, at the end of the Lands' first century, slowly caused a chain of dark omen to be set in motion, eventually spiraling this new hoped sanctuary down the path into darkness.
