Minor Properties

  • Elf Forged. Ne’lltarjir is half the normal weight of a scimitar and is adorned with Magic Runes.
  • Wicked. When the bearer is presented with an opportunity to act in a selfish or malevolent way, Ne’lltarjir heightens the bearer’s urge to do so.
  • Void Sleeper. Ne’lltarjir may choose to vanish and reside in the bearer’s vessel until called or otherwise chooses to leave. An attuned bearer may use a bonus action to call Ne’lltarjir.
  • Sentience. Ne’lltarjir is a sentient weapon with an Intelligence of 12, a Wisdom of 10, and a Charisma of 12. Ne’lltarjir has hearing, Darkvision, Blind Sight out to 120 feet and Telepathy out to 200 feet. 
  • Language. The bearer can speak and understand Demonic while Ne’lltarjir is on the bearer’s person.

  • 1st rune- Lacoi- Increase the bonus to attack and damage rolls for Ne’lltarjir by 1
  • 2nd rune- Lacoi- Increase the bonus to attack and damage rolls for Ne’lltarjir by 1
  • 3rd rune- Saviour- Improved Critical. Ne’lltarjir scores a Critical Hit on a roll of 19 or 20 on the d20.
  • 4th rune- Senthoi- Blade Servant. You can use an action to call forth an elfshadow, provided that you don’t already have one serving you. The elfshadow appears in an unoccupied space within 120 feet of you. It uses the statistics for a shadow, except it is neutral, immune to effects that turn undead, and doesn’t create new shadows. You control this creature, deciding how it acts and moves. It remains until it drops to 0 hit points or you dismiss it as an action.
  • 5th rune- Thalui-  Betrayer. When Ne’lltarjir hits a humanoid it deals an additional 1d6 necrotic damage to that creature for each humanoid you have killed with Ne’lltarjir in the past minute.
  • 6th rune- Senthoi- Blood Scent. Ne’lltarjir gains the Thrown property with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. Each time you throw Ne’lltarjir, it shrouds in a think black smoke and flies back to your hand after the attack.
