When you make an unarmed strike, you may have your fist ringout with thunder that is audible within 300 feet of you, and the attack deals an extra 2d4 thunder damage to the target. Additionally, if the target is a creature, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw eqaul to your spell save DC or be pushed 10 feet away from you and knocked prone.
In addition, unsecured objects that are hit are automatically pushed 10 feet away from you by this item's effect.
This Item can be used perfecentcy bounes times per long rest.
