Hirelings
Workshop Daveed Flourdust(M, halfling commoner) Arsha Shepherd(F, human commoner) Dolgan Shaledelve(M, dwarf commoner) 3 workers under him and his sister’s employ. They use the workshop to maintain the equipment and facilities on the rest of the farm.
Arcane Study Vonil Aburr’ben(F, half-elf Apprentice Wizard) 1-st year student at the same university Yenzor attended. She gets reduced room and boarding by aiding Yenzor when he uses the Guesthouse.
Outlay
Yeucca Barleygather(Yenzor’s sister) built this after she and Yenzor rebought the farm. His request was just for a guesthouse, but Yeucca thought her fancy wizarding younger brother deserved a wizard tower to match his esteem. This resulted in what can be described as if someone took a wizards tower, cut out most of the middle to make it 3 stories, and slapped a barn door on the side.

The Barleygathers
Yeucca Barleygather(F halfling)- late 30’s, oldest sibling, smart and driven, doesn’t put up with Yenzor’s or her 2 kid’s shenanigans Harvin Barleygather(M halfling)- late 30’s, formerly Huckbale, husband of Yeucca, father of their kids. Tolerates Yenzor because they’re family but judges him for how he makes money. Jarvin and Darvin Barleygather(M halflings)- 9, twin siblings, endlessly curious, Jarvin is more physical explorer, Darvin tends to take things apart Minessa & Barvin Barleygather(deceased)- Yeucca and Yenzor’s parents. Managed their finances as well as they could but their deaths made the farm vulnerable to being seized."
