Writing System
Variations in basic English spelling conventions are extremely common. Often, text-speak is used, as well as alternative phonetic spellings.
Phonology
Accents and immigrant languages heavily influence the English-based language. Though the phonology is primarily English and Latin-family linguistics, many influences modify that into a mash of phonologies.
Morphology
The morphology is fast and can best be explained via mathematical chaos theory. Small, random effects can have vast and on-going influences in how the vocabulary and pronunciation progress.
These processes are often referred to as nouning, verbing, etc. While frowned upon in some linguistic circles, de/nominalization is used frequently in Bad English.
Nominalization/Denominalization
Perhaps the biggest contributor to the morphological vocabulary of Bad English, is the technique of nominalization/denominalization. Nominalization is when a non-noun word is used as a noun. Denominalization is when a noun is used as something other than a noun. These processes are often referred to as nouning, verbing, etc. While frowned upon in some linguistic circles, de/nominalization is used frequently in Bad English.
Syntax
Syntax is primarily the same as in English. However, variations can appear based on other linguistic influences, emphasis affectations, and class/educational variations in speakers of Bad English. Even pop culture references can change how sentence structure forms around specific phrases or topics.
Vocabulary
Vocabulary for Bad English combines English, immigrant languages, pop culture references, slang, verbal text-speak, etc. Frankly, so long as enough people understand and pass on new words or phrases, they quickly become an accepted part of the language.
Phonetics
There are no real consistant rules for phonetic spelling, though there is a greater emphasis on phonetic and/or random spellings for Bad English than in English.
Perhaps more interestingly is the emphasis on how words sound. There seems to be a level of intrinsic onomatopoeia, prioritzing words and phrases that give an aural impression of the meaning, as well as the words themselves having meaning. This multi-level layering of meaning and history in the words and phrases is a key part of Bad English.

Tenses
Tenses are often either ignored or exaggerated. There don't seem to be consistant rules for this, but there may be a pattern based on how words sound within the sentence.
An excellent analysis of modern English slang (no, really!) Well done! (Also, funny)
