Crisca

Crisca is the capital city of Duchy of Marela. The roots of this old city go back to Lausonian Empire, in which it was one of the most important merchant towns and the people living in the Duchy of Marela have always had a strong sense of identity, even within the empire. When the empire fell it was only natural that they would form their own country from the ashes of the great old empire. Nowadays Crisca is the capital city of Marela and one of the biggest cities on the continent of Madovar.

Demographics

The inhabitants of Crisca consist mainly of humans, but they also have a sizeable minority of elves, originally from Shaeena Caelora for example. Dragonborns and other more monstrous races are much rarer, but nowadays no one pats an eye to a certain dragonborn family, who lives in the palace, namely the family of Akarshi Ichen.
