Kwip
Kwips were herbivorous creatures that lived in the southeast of the Kingdom of Madhiba before the war that created No Man's Land. They ranged in size, from a foot in height to one and a half meters in height after reaching adulthood, though they trended down.
Kwips were creatures that thrived in numbers. Alone, they would quickly be hunted down by predators. Together however, they could protect each other better than most other creatures. They lived in clusters for safety, being capable of climbing on large predators' bodies to discomfort them to the point of running away and seeking other prey, though smaller predators posed a greater threat.
Kwip litters contained around one-hundred siblings, ranging from 60 to 120 newborn kwips per pregnancy, with a gestation period of twenty-six months. Kwip siblings stay close for life, and often reproduce with each other if they are of opposite sexes.
Following the war that ravaged their habitat, the surviving kwips mutated and transformed over the years into what are today called Chupkas.
