Julid Waziya

Julid Waziya is the Archbishop of Ąpawičhak’ya and named the city of Waziya after his family name. In the eyes of the populace, he is a stern, lawful, and powerful man. He was the one who initiated the fight with Madhiba and breathes an air of authority and want for power. In his inner circle, he is more devious than that. The grand plan of his is to sow chaos between Hilaeleans and Astorians so that he can sneak his way to the top by taking over the other 2 Astorian nations for himself. The attack on Madhiba is a means to an end.
