Eilid MacIllìosa

Eilid was born to Adairian parents on the outskirts of the Equoni Mountain Range. They were the only child to their parents, and the only child in the commune until they were 13 because of a vision the Cea received stating that if any others were to be born before the child was of age the Adair would become those who are raided. At Eilid's infancy ritual they chose the mask of Murtair which deemed a life of secrecy and stealth. With Murtair's guidance, Eilid was able to grow into a remarkable sleuth before their coming of age. On the night of Eilid's coming of age, it was revealed that the Rial had been asked by Murtair to be their apprentice and with this began a growth of knowledege in the way the commune and raiding worked.
Eilid became one of the most successful raiders of their commune because of their stealth and whit from Murtair. They were able to travel across Makha Nata easily and never get caught, many did not know more than their shadow. Because of this Eilid became known as a tall tale of sorts within the surrounding kingdoms and brought fear of traveling the Equoni Mountain Range. With the recognition and praise for their work, the Rial was keen to pass down their role to the apprentice but on the first Troscadah of their 27th year of life they disappeared. The comune has not been able to find them sense and questions why they would do such a thing to the comune.
Now 28, Eilid travels as they please and provides for themslef without the weight of the success of the commune on their back. The whispers of their shadow in villages still circulate and their infamy is widely recognized, but Eilid does not care for this anymore. In their prayers to Murtair they ask for a place to belong and a sense of being that does not prophesy for the wellbeing of anyone else.
