Dalia South

At forty five years old, Dalia South is the biggest cartel leader on the west side of Mahka Nata. She is currently stationed in the South Province of Kaliq-Hala with her husband, Abrax Asghar. 

Childhood

Dalia (duh-lee-ah) South was orphaned as a baby, origins unknown. A poor couple, identifying as the Free, took her in. She was born and raised in Tortuga River of Las Islos. Dalia’s status as the Free impeded her childhood and was therefore rough growing up. Her parents were unskilled laborers that never received any education or training of skills. This affected Dalia, as she didn’t know how to read or write, any of Mahka Nata’s culture, nor a secure echelon status. Being poor and uneducated, didn’t stop her from getting answers and learning skills to sustain a life. Every person Dalia would meet, she would have learned something from them. She bounced around different jobs throughout Tortuga River. Some being farming, house maintenance, or dye work. No matter what, Dalia was determined to make a living and help support her parents.

Teenage Years

Once Dalia turned fourteen years old, she left Tortuga River in hopes of a better life. She traveled all over Las Islos looking for work. In 1337, a year after leaving home, she found an apprenticeship working for an Adairian elixir farm. She would spend the next three years working for this place. Starting at janitorial work, she made her way up to delivery missions. Delivery missions could be big or small scale depending on the order. Since Dalia had gone through many delivery missions, it was her turn to lead it. It was a very small order, therefore only two armed men came along to assist. They all got ambushed, with Dalia barely escaping with her life. That's when she met Abrax Asghar.

After the Ambush

Dalia was presumed dead by the Adairians, when she didn’t come back from her delivery mission. After the elixir got stolen, Dalia realized she had no product and would lose out on pay. After spending so much time on the farm, Dalia knew she could recreate the elixir and changed the recipe to make her own signature elixir. She went into hiding with Abrax while they created this new product. It took them several months and resources to finally get the recipe right. During that time, Abrax taught Dalia how to fight and protect herself. He taught her how to make her own sword and the history of where he came from. They ended up getting really close and eventually got married. They created their own empire with their new elixir. Their homebase became Tortuga River, while spreading dominance into territories like Las Islos, Kaliq-Hala, and Khasut. Together Dalia and Abrax would be victorious with their drug ring.
