Bog Spinner
Those who were lucky enough to come back speak of a giant glowing green spider with speed unmatched by anything they’ve seen before. They say if you hear the hiss of the swamp spider, you are already dead. Big as a house with the bulbous end making up most of that size, they are slightly furry with appendages that can stab a tree like silk to help itself climb, run, or snake through the canopy for its prey. Their mandibles are powerful, shredding flesh like paper and wood butter. Their legs have to carry the immense weight of their bulbous back and evolution gave it legs strong enough for the spider to pounce, sneak, glide through the swampy forest. They are considered hostile creatures and should not under any circumstances be approached unless it threatens the safety and confines of Madhiba.
