First Enchanter Selwyn

A humble and small-framed wood elf, Selwyn is a spidery and slender man, more apt to blow over in the breeze than stand his ground. Speak too loudly in his general direction and he will jump in fright at your voice. He claims his discomfort is due to the big city, and he longs for Archmage Kisandrei to transfer him to a smaller village where he can live near the trees once more, but refuses at the same time to hand over his Council title, claiming none of his apprentices are qualified enough for the responsibility. He technically runs two departments: magical item enchantments, which are one of the Mages Guild's biggest sources of income throughout the land, and enchantment spells for altering the mind and perceptions.
