Force Commander of the Second Host, Vantaya (a.k.a. Vanny)

An Angelic Solar and the Successor of Force Commander Zorie, Vantaya has fought to earn her place among the Upper Ranks of the Second Host.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

As a Solar Vantaya is one of the only Angels able to physically keep pace with the Archangels of Celestia and is more than capable of clashing with the forces of Heaven if needed. She is Zefer's preferred sparring partner and with the Centuries of Practice she now has with he Sacred Spear she can truly rival her Archangel in skill and power, pushing the both of them to new heights.

Personal history

Vantaya was merely a soldier in the Ranks of the Second Host until the Death of Zorie at the hands of Mazerath. Following her Death many within the Second Host pushed themselves above and beyond their limits to support their Archangel. Vantaya was one of many who rose to the challenge and when they waged war upon the fields of Abaddon and Zefer became injured and separated from the Host, Vantaya took command of the disorganized forces. She led the Angels to complete their objectives and organized a successful withdrawal with minimal casualties.
Upon returning to Celestia she witnessed the Resurrection of Kazar and the Banishment of Garuna. Following this period of Turmoil Archangel Ashdew withdrew from many of her more tedious duties and Vantaya took it upon herself to see to the organization of the Second Host. When Zefer returned to perform her ignored tasks she found the host operating as a well oiled machine, with Vantaya continuing to organize the Host oblivious to the fact that Zefer was watching her. After a long period of Observation Zefer approached the Angel and hesitantly offered her the position of Force Commander. Vantaya was eager to take up the Mantle but when presented with Zorie's Sacred Spear she hesitated to sully the treasured weapon. She took it at Zefer's insistence and upon doing so she was transformed from a simple Deva to a Solar.
Now one of the most powerful Angels in Celestia, Vantaya took to her duties with renewed fervor and spends her days training with her Archangel and keeping the Host ready for battle.
