Dahlia Asphodel, or most commonly known as the Lady Mistress, is a witch hailing from the Freelands, leading the spiritual organization Kharon. She oversees the event known as the Pilgrimage of Departure, one of the last pagan festivals held within the Concord. In fact, she is the last known practitioner of the rite.

General Physical Condition
Being of Gailzeich descent, Dahlia is of very thin physique. She has a slim, lanky body and her entire frame seems to show her bone structure. The Lady Mistress has a frail and sickly appearance, but nonetheless is covered by her beauty. Apart from her already emaciated appearance, she also suffers from chronic tuberculosis.
The Lady Mistress is a beautiful, if not eerie sight to behold. With pale skin and draped with black silks, she presents herself like an ethereal spectre.
