He's short, even for his family, his siblings are all 11-13 inches tall, even his brother, who is over 40 years his junior

His small size means that he is very stealthy, he can summon creatures to assist him

Transitioned, he committed a sever faux pas, but he didn't care. His sisters helped him, and he felt better for it

Party Members:
Amari- Laz doesn't quite know how to deal with Amari, but he knows she wants to help him, so he likes her well enough. Her name reminds him of his sister, Amara, so he feels safe around her.
Banwon- Laz still can't pin Banwon, But he seems sweet. His first instinct when seeing Laz hurt was to help, so Laz likes him a lot!
Koal- Laz really likes Koal, he's helped him through so much already, and it's only been a few months. He's,,, He wants to be closer to Koal, but is still worried about what's going to happen after all of this is over. He doesn't want Koal to leave. He's as close to Koal as he's ever been to anyone outside his family. He knew Umber transforming and leaving was hard for him, and was glad Koal seemed to feel better when Umber was brought back. He is however worried that Koal will throw himself into trouble to get Scottwick back.
Pembrooke- Laz likes Pem, he really does! He wants to know more about her relationship with her family, because she seems to care a lot about them. She's an interesting person!
Scottwick- Laz likes Scottwick a lot!!! He's a good person, but Laz is worried about his drinking problem, and he knows Scottwick cares about him, and Laz wants so much for him to be OK. Learning that Scottwick had worked with Vind came as a surprise, but it didn't matter because he was helping them fight her. He was glad Scottwick found someone with Gluttony, but is worried Guttony might hurt him. He's scared of what's going on now that Scottwick is missing.
Non-Party Members:
Greyson- Lazuli thinks he's such a sweet kid! He's so passionate and Laz wishes he'd had someone to listen to him at that age, so he was more than happy to be Greyson's soundingboard.
Tourmaline- He's just as tired as first impressions left Laz thinking he was. He's a sweet guy who's helpful and Laz is happy that he decided to join them, especially after Pem and Banwon left, and Amari is off on another mission. He's glad Tourmaline is there to help, but still wants to know more about him.
Umber- He seems to make Koal happy. Exasperated, maybe, but happy. So Laz likes him. He seems nice, and Laz is glad he's in control of himself again. And looks forward to seeing him.
Mossie- Laz is interested in her and Koal's shared past. She seems nice enough, but he hasn't really had enough time to get to know her to form a full opinion.
Family Ties
Lazuli is a member of the Lapre family, as such he has a large extended family, including, but not limited to, the Saira and Dayra houses.
Grandmother:
Keyara- (967) as the head of the family, one of the oldest and most loyal of the court, Keyara has a large amount of magic. She has never really liked Lazuli very much, her opinion of him cementing after he transitioned.
Aunts:
Maura- (492) she doesn't have much of an opinion of Lazuli, other than that he brought shame to the family.
Reyana- (421) she also just thinks of Lazuli as a dark spot on the family tree.

Daira- (396) proud that Lazuli became who he felt he was.

Larissa- (585) she's disgusted by the fact that he transitioned, and is ashamed of him, happy he left forever.
Zura- (deceased at age 582, would've been 623) Laz would like to believe his father would've been proud of the person he became

Anza- (156) she ADORES Lazuli, being as supportive as she possibly could, even though it hurt her reputation.
Leona- (135) she's not,,, very hard pressed either way, they were never close, but she doesn't hate him or anything.
Younger siblings:
Amara- (75) she LOVES Lazuli, and is so proud that he was brave enough to be who he is. She also helped him transition, and doesn't regret her involvement at all!
Zira- (61) she also doesn't have strong feeling towards Lazuli, but she is annoyed that he hurt their family name.
Aram- (50) he HATES Lazuli so much. He's bitter that he gave up his magic, and would've killed for that power.
Religious Views
No real beliefs so to speak, he finds Aicel and Howl interesting though, but he probably wouldn't worship either of them, honestly. He's more interested in the gods in an academic sense than a religious one.
Ryga and Briel gave him his new magic, so he likes them by default for that. Ryga does seem really nice though, but he hasn't really talked to Briel enough to have much of a personal opinion.
