Coverberry
A city on the edge of the sea, a bustling city full of technology and magic working together.
Demographics
The population is scattered with races living where ever. However there tends to be clusters of races, turning into their own smaller cultural "towns" within the city. Some of these are large enough to be districts with in the town. (Sort of like Chinatown or the Mission District in SF)
The area around the docks is the poorest, full of working class. On the other side of town, in the hills, is where the richest occupants live in large mansions.
Government
Coverberry has a mayor, who isn't elected but rather is a "king", who maintains the taxes and the laws of the city. The current mayor is Lord Roseland. His family inherited the title of mayor from the family who owned the land Coverberry was started on.

History
Coverberry started as a tiny settlement by the sea. Overtime it grew and gained popularity for the bay that allowed ships to dock comfortably. One family named it Coverberry and started building an infrastructure. As time passed residents began to experiment and an artificer elf named Elder Wormwood learned to embed magic into large items and they began to experiment with magic powered vehicles. This discovery lead to an explosion of population and technological advances.
Overtime this expansion lead to overcrowding. The city council decided to expand outward, buying up or taking land around the city. They tried to incorporate green spaces within the city, making the first city parks and urban forests. As they expanded the old part of Coverberry by the docks became the poorer crowded side while what ever didn't stand got rebuilt into ship yards.
Finally the richest relocated to the lovely rolling hills where they established their own private neighborhoods and suburbs away from the busy city life.
Architecture
Most of the architecture of Coverberry are narrow tall houses, or apartment buildings. The richer sides of towns have more colorful wider houses with lawns and fences.
The two most notable buildings in Coverberry is the North Light Lighthouse and the Ferry building. The Lighthouse is one of the tallest buildings in Coverberry, regardless of it's placement on a cliff, and features a large deck for visitors up at the top, a bright shining silver light, and a quaint cabin for the Lighthouse keeper at the bottom.
The Ferry building is a large dome shaped building on the docks. It features large decorative spires that resemble a ship's wheel. Due to this shape it is a landmark for those who visit Coverberry.
