Leader of Drakenwall that started a war against Ethios and The OniKuru - Pirate Kings Empire. He is known as a ruthless tactician, and his army is mainly made up of metal soldiers called Warforged.
Ukaru asked for the destruction of Oni Island to retrieve Chapter 13 of The Wondering and Warnings of Hrothbert and Winifred. It reveals the key to defeating Ukaru. He sent his most trusted assassin Scaramouche to retrieve it, but The Path of Nightshade defeated Scaramouche and intercepted the chapter before it could get to Ukaru.
One of his strongest disciples is referred to as The Lord of Blades.
