Miscreants
The Miscreants are a special order of Spies from Forecha, composed of Trolls and Frogkin who are tasked with following targets and gathering every piece of information possible, often to set up sabotage against an entire faction.
Structure
The Miscreants have three Ranks.
Masterminds: The heads of the organization, they decide targets and command the other Miscreants. Archivers: The Miscreants who keep track of information; and keep the rest of the Miscreants informed. Spies: The members who actively follow and intercept targets.

Culture
Miscreants often enjoy their work, actively mocking their targets and celebrating when their job is done. Miscreants often partake in joyous activities such as parties and group games, alongside Drinking and Smoking drugs and alcohol.

To assist Forecha by sabotaging threats and supplying information.
