Henlen
Henlen is a small village which acts as a checkpoint for travellers in the Great Plains of Mid. It also acts as a military base and a shopping center.
Demographics
Henlen is mostly a base for travellers, guards and soldiers, as a result; not too many people properly live in Henlen.
Defences
Henlen is built on a hill and has a wooden wall and moat.
At the center there is a large watchtower, and along its walls there are several towers and ramparts that house guards.
The guards are composed of Halberdiers, Mounties, Archers and Gunmen.
Assets
Henlen has two taverns, a residential district for people stationed there alongside an Armory, Food Market and General Store.
Tourism
The two taverns of Henlen are both regarded very well, and are popular spots for travellers.
Geography
The terrain around Henlen is mostly plains, but there is a nearby lake and pine forest. The village itself is built upon a hill, so anyone in a tower or along its walls can experience an impressive view of the Plains and the town of Elril. In the faint distance, the southern mountains can be spotted.
Climate
Much like the rest of Mid, Henlen has a rather cold climate.
