Dwarves
The Dwarves are an industrious race of stout and strong humanoids, they aren't usually close to many others, their recent conflicts with rising empires has inspired them to ally with other nations. Most Dwarves live in Mountainous regions, but some once lived in underwater lakes. Dwarves are uniquely resistant to injury, and heal faster than other races. Dwarves are noted for having pointed heads, and eyes with black flesh instead of white. Dwarves usually have thick facial hair, though Lake dwarves usually decline having long beards, but rather shorter hairstyles to promote better swimming.
Mountain Dwarf: They live in mountain tunnels, Mountain Dwarves are the most common dwarf, especially given the Naga uprising. They are held highly in the realm of technology, as they rely on machinery to sustain their societies, further reinforced by their inability to use non-earth magic. Relatively small in population.
Lake Dwarf: A subset of Dwarf that lived in underwater lakes, they were rather attuned to water, their skin gaining a little extra strength in water, but around 714 AQ, most of these settlements were slaughtered by Nagas, very few Lake Dwarves remain, and they are generally distrusting of others.
Moss Dwarf: A subset of Dwarf that lives deep in the forests of Gnell. They sport green hair and no body odor, they are extremely reclusive by nature. Moss Dwarves generally have a much greater relationship with elves than other Dwarves.

Dietary Needs and Habits
Dwarves, being partially Earth Elementals, can digest stones and other forms of minerals, Dwarves require minerals and carbohydrates, and aren't in need of specifically balanced nutrition.
Only being partially organic, Dwarves have dulled sensitivity to taste, and therefore tend to eat very strong foods in large amounts. Often consuming large amounts of spices, alcohols and grease in their diets.
