Astralvia
Astralvia is a colony of Wizards from various western nations that wishes to establish an independant state of only mages. They are located in Pels, and are currently only composed of a single village.
Structure
Astralvia has four ranks of power:
Archmage: The councilate of the (five) most renowned wizards of the colony, the number isn't static, but must never be an even number. Archmages are the ones behind any major decisions of Astralvia at large.
Courtmage: High-Ranking Wizards that are in line to become Archmages, they are seasoned spellcasters with at least 10 years of magic study, if the number of Archmages ever becomes even, one will be temporarily demoted into Courtmage until the next Archmage is decided.
Wizard: A proficient and trustworthy mage, Wizards are the most common rank in Astralvia.
Initiate: A citizen that is not deemed to be given the title of Wizard, either due to skill, age or status, initiates are not allowed to own homes or land.

Demography and Population
Astralvia is comprised of various wizards from the western continents, many of whom were either extremely wealthy, criminals or the unaccomplished, all who wish to live seperate from their original societies for one reason or another.
Astralvia has a population of around 340 individuals, there hasn't been enough time for too many births to happen, and the colony is still very young, so the longevity of the colony remains unknown.
