Primordial Law

The Primordial Laws are statements that describe the behavior of the primordial elements. These Laws were orignally devised by the First Mages during the later years of VIII: The Forsaken Age , after generations of experimentation, observation, and research. These Laws have persisted, mostly unchanged, through to the consciousness and practices of scientific and magical practitioners of the modern age.
